2 pounds peaches, cut into thin slices
¾ cup white flour
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
8 ounces cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter and flour a 2-quart baking dish. Add peaches to dish and set aside. In a medium bowl, mix flour and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Pour batter over fruit and bake until light golden and set, about 25-30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
